Keep on Making Things

A core principle of mine is to ABC: Always Be Creating. I've made it an aspect of how I integrate into work cultures and help bring about a place where creative juices can be used for things other than interfaces. It's proven to be hugely popular. I've made sure to be as inclusive as possible and have folks from all disciplines and skill levels participate in making things.
I've also made this something that is personal to me. I try to begin a creative endeavor on a yearly basis to continue growing my skills and just to be creative for creativity's sake. It's allowed me to learn new programs such as Cinema4D, After Effects, Processing, and to also expand my abilities in more familiar tools.
